In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall carry the meanings assigned to them below unless context clearly requires otherwise.

To open an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are a natural person of at least 21 years of age. bri303 does not permit persons under 21 to open an Account or participate in any activity on the Platform, regardless of local laws that may set a lower threshold.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by statute applicable to you personally. You acknowledge sole responsibility for determining the legality of your participation under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or as an agent for, any other person.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an Account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of bri303, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with bri303.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is entitled to maintain only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether created using different email addresses, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — are strictly prohibited. bri303 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any duplicate Accounts and to forfeit any balances held therein.

3.2 Accuracy of Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must update your Account details promptly whenever any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify bri303 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account. bri303 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security practices.

3.4 Account Currency. All Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). All deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and wager amounts displayed on the Platform are in IDR unless expressly stated otherwise.

3.5 Right of Refusal. bri303 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline any Account application without being required to state a reason.

4.1 bri303 is required by its licensing authority to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests and periodically during the Account lifecycle. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC).

4.2 Required Documents. You may be required to submit any or all of the following:

• A valid Indonesian National Identity Card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk / KTP) or valid passport showing full legal name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of current residential address (e.g., a utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the previous 90 days).
• A clear selfie photograph of yourself holding your identity document.
• Evidence of the payment method used to fund your Account (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri mobile banking account displaying your name and account number).

4.3 Processing Time. KYC documents are typically reviewed within 1 to 24 hours on business days. b ri303 reserves the right to request additional documentation or clarification if the initially supplied documents are deemed insufficient.

4.4 Consequences of Non-Compliance. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a request may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges. Persistent non-compliance may lead to Account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

5.1 Supported Payment Methods. bri303 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian bank transfer channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and BSI. Future integration with e-wallet providers (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay) is planned but not currently available.

5.2 Deposit Limits. Minimum deposit is Rp 50,000. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit, but individual payment channels may enforce their own limits. Players may set voluntary deposit limits via the Responsible Gaming controls in their Account settings.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours after successful KYC verification. Withdrawals are returned to the same bank account used for the most recent deposit, unless prior written approval is obtained from bri303.

5.4 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum withdrawal is Rp 100,000. Standard withdrawal limit is Rp 50,000,000 per transaction; VIP tier members may enjoy higher limits as communicated individually.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering. To comply with anti-money-laundering regulations, all deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover) before withdrawal eligibility. Deposits that are withdrawn without any wagering activity may be subject to an administrative processing fee of 5% or Rp 50,000, whichever is greater.

5.6 Third-Party Payments. Deposits from third-party accounts, business accounts, or joint accounts not registered in your name are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension and funds forfeiture.

6.1 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are promotional incentives offered at bri303's sole discretion. Participation is voluntary. Eligibility may be restricted based on jurisdiction, Account status, deposit history, or previous bonus abuse.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before derived winnings may be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus requires Rp 3,000,000 in total wagers.

6.3 Game Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements:

• Slot games (video slots, slot gacor): 100%
• Live casino games (roulette, baccarat, blackjack): 10%
• Sportsbook bets (single bets, mix parlay): 100% on odds ≥ 1.50; 0% on odds < 1.50
• Togel (numbers lottery): 50%

6.4 Maximum Bet Limit. While bonus funds are active, the maximum permitted bet per round or spin is Rp 10,000. Wagers exceeding this limit will void the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.5 Bonus Abuse. bri303 employs sophisticated fraud-detection systems. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: use of multiple Accounts, collusion, arbitrage betting, minimal-risk hedging strategies, or coordinated group play. Detected bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of bonus funds, voiding of associated winnings, and potential Account termination.

6.6 Bonus Expiration. Unclaimed bonuses expire 7 days after being credited. Active bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements within 30 days will be forfeited automatically.

7.1 Bet Acceptance. A bet is considered accepted only when a confirmation message is displayed in your Account history. bri303 reserves the right to reject or void any bet prior to settlement.

7.2 Palpable Errors. If bri303 identifies a palpable error — such as incorrect odds, incorrect event details, or typographical mistakes — the affected bets will be void and stakes refunded, regardless of settlement status.

7.3 Settlement. Sports bets are settled based on official results from the governing sports body. Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent testing laboratories. Togel draws are settled according to the official results published by the relevant lottery authority.

7.4 Voided Events. If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed for more than 48 hours, or declared void by the governing body, all related bets are void and stakes refunded, except in cases where the market outcome has been unequivocally determined prior to abandonment.

7.5 Maximum Payouts. The maximum payout per individual bet is Rp 500,000,000 (five hundred million Rupiah). The maximum aggregate payout per Player per day is Rp 1,000,000,000 (one billion Rupiah). bri303 reserves the right to impose lower limits on specific markets or events.

7.6 In-Play Betting. bri303 offers live in-play betting on selected sports events. Odds and available markets fluctuate in real time. Bets placed after the outcome is effectively determined may be void.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent exclusion:

1. Opening or operating multiple Accounts.
2. Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
3. Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
4. Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place wagers.
5. Engaging in arbitrage betting or exploiting software vulnerabilities.
6. Depositing funds derived from illegal or unauthorised sources.
7. Chargebacks or initiating payment disputes in bad faith.
8. Harassment, abusive language, or threats directed at bri303 staff or other Players.
9. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to access the Platform's source code.
10. Using VPN or proxy services to disguise your true location, except where explicitly permitted by bri303.

9.1 All content on the Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, graphical elements, game artwork, odds data, and written material — is the exclusive property of bri303 or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without prior written consent from bri303.

9.3 Game content provided by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, and others) remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is used under licence by bri303.

10.1 bri303 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

10.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of Account administration, payment processing, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with legal obligations.

10.3 bri303 employs industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, firewalls, and secure server infrastructure to protect your data. However, no system is entirely impervious to attack, and bri303 disclaims liability for data breaches resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

11.1 Platform Availability. bri303 endeavours to maintain uninterrupted Platform availability but does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events, or third-party service interruptions may cause temporary unavailability. bri303 shall not be liable for any loss arising from Platform downtime.

11.2 Betting Risks. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that losses are possible. bri303 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of your betting decisions.

11.3 Disclaimer of Warranties. The Platform and all games are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. bri303 disclaims all warranties regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11.4 Maximum Aggregate Liability. In no event shall bri303's total aggregate liability to you exceed the lesser of (a) the amount deposited into your Account in the preceding 90 days, or (b) Rp 10,000,000 (ten million Rupiah).

11.5 Exclusion of Consequential Damages. bri303 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Platform.

12.1 Voluntary Closure. You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Pending wagers will be settled before closure, and your remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to your registered bank account following KYC verification.

12.2 Closure by bri303. bri303 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or request by regulatory authorities. Where legally permissible, bri303 will return your Real Money Balance less any amounts owed to bri303.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure, all rights granted to you under these Terms immediately terminate. Any unclaimed bonuses, loyalty points, or promotional credits are forfeited. You may not register a new Account without prior written permission from bri303.

13.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bri303 holds its international gaming licence.

13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes regarding validity, interpretation, performance, or termination — shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and bri303 for a period of 30 days.

13.3 If negotiation fails to resolve the dispute, the matter shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable international arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

13.4 You agree to waive any right to participate in class-action litigation or class-wide arbitration against bri303.

14.1 bri303 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform.

14.2 Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or in-Platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following notice of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14.3 If you do not accept amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Clause 12.1.
